A heartfelt thank you to Kat from Mum Economy. I honestly cannot thank Kat enough for what Mum Economy has done for me. After arriving in Australia in February 2024, I never imagined how much my life would change. After starting my job at the school uniform shop, Melanie told me about the Mum Economy website and encouraged me to give it a try for mum-friendly jobs. I'm so grateful that I listened to her! Through Mum Economy, I was given the opportunity to find work at a beautiful flower studio, and since joining, I am now fully employed. Kat, you have genuinely helped change my life almost overnight. You created something that gives mums opportunities, confidence and a way to find work that fits around their families. From the bottom of my heart, thank you, Kat. Mum Economy was so easy to use. I posted a job to have a pair of pants hemmed, and the responses were so quick. The lady I selected did an excellent job and had my pants hemmed within 30 minutes! The whole process, from posting the job to having it completed, was fast, easy and seamless.

Seems very easy to post and why are the mums on here actually genuinely nice? On other platforms like Facebook Marketplace or Airtasker, it's so transactional and quick to rip the person off or get the lowest price. I really like this concept and I hope when it grows that it keeps its genuine feel. Thanks!
