1. What Mum Economy is

Mum Economy is a free community connector.

We help people share tasks, offer help, find possible matches and access useful offers. We are not an agency, employer, recruitment service, booking platform, payment platform or insurer.

2. Arrangements are made directly between users

Any work, payment, timing, checks, safety arrangements, scope of work, cancellations or expectations are arranged directly between the people involved.

Mum Economy does not employ providers, manage payments, provide insurance, supervise tasks, guarantee work, guarantee payment, screen every person or guarantee services.

3. User responsibility

You are responsible for deciding whether a task, person, offer or arrangement is suitable for you.

Before starting any task, you should agree directly on the details, including the scope of work, timing, location, payment, cancellation expectations and any relevant checks, qualifications, insurance or experience.

4. No childcare, child transport or direct care of children

Mum Economy does not allow childcare, babysitting, nannying, school pick-up or drop-off, transporting children, unsupervised care of children, bathing, toileting, dressing, giving medication to children or other direct or responsible care of children.

If children are present while another task is being completed, responsibility for the children remains with the parent or guardian at all times.

5. Prohibited requests and conduct

You must not use Mum Economy to post, offer, promote or request anything unsafe, illegal, misleading, discriminatory, exploitative, inappropriate or outside the House Rules.

We may decline, edit, remove or refuse to share any task, comment, offer or submission for any reason.

6. Comments and public content

Comments and public task information may be visible to others once approved.

Do not post phone numbers, addresses, private family details, sensitive information or anything you do not want publicly visible.

7. Offers and perks

Offers and perks are provided by the listed business or person, not by Mum Economy.

Please check details, availability, expiry dates, eligibility and terms directly with the relevant business or provider.

Mum Economy does not guarantee the accuracy, availability, quality or suitability of offers listed on the website.

8. No guarantee

Mum Economy does not guarantee that you will find help, find work, be selected for a task, receive payment, receive a response, or have a successful experience.

We simply help make possible connections.

9. Limitation of responsibility

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mum Economy is not responsible for loss, injury, damage, disputes, payment issues, failed arrangements, unsuitable work, unsafe conduct or any other issue arising from arrangements made between users.
