How it will work
A Mum Economy member finds work that suits her skills, but something gets in the way. Maybe the hours don't quite fit, school pickup is a problem, or she needs holiday care.
Instead of simply not applying, she'll be able to tell Mum Economy “This could work, but…”
Mum Economy can then help in two ways: show the person posting the opportunity what could make the work more accessible, and where appropriate, connect the mum with relevant Village providers who may be able to help make the opportunity possible.
We're building a network of trusted local providers that Mum Economy can connect with members when something practical is standing between them and a suitable work opportunity.
